Dolce & Gabbana Spring Summer Collection 2014 in Milan
The cherry-trees planted on the dolce & gabbana runway serve as decoration but also as the prints for the summer 2014 silhouette. sicily, which adorns a number of these silhouettes, remains the unique source of inspiration for these two designers. spring blooms in 3d on collarless, re-embroidered overcoats or on an a-line jacket. there are no precise lines but an array of offers of tunic dresses, short flared dresses or knee-length straight skirts. after these prints, the show gives way to sexy lace in black and then an entirely gold look at the end of all the lace. a number of sicilian pieces create a new ornamental pattern, found on the jewellery and belts. materials are the highlight of this show which brings an assumed femininity and an eye-catching style!
