Gucci - Women's Fall/Winter 2014/15 Collection in Milan

Gucci is the first house to get the ball rolling at Milan Fashion Week. We have grown accustomed to artistic director Frida Giannini's sombre decor and a show split into two distinct parts (day and night). For fall/winter 2014/15, only 38 outfits appear against a white backdrop. Soft nuances, revolving around green, purple plum, mustard energise this new, still very sensual, Gucci woman. Sporting a pair of 70s sunglasses, she opts for a trouser-suit worn with a thick fur, unless selecting a coat with a leather insert or a lightly flared dress buttoned-up at the side. High heeled boots are designed in lizard. From a 70s femme fatale, the look focuses on a 60s heroine. For the evening, a selection of short dresses, embroidered in in multicoloured stones close the show, a sparkling success. Gucci's first line always showcases glamorous women and opens the door of the greatest of Italian houses... Music from the fashion show
